How to install the BullVPN for Windows program

1. Double-click on the BullVPN Client 12.0

2. Click the 'Next' and 'Install' buttons

3. Then click 'Finish'

How to use the BullVPN Client for Windows

1. Open the BullVPN program

You’ll see a BullVPN tutorial. Keep tapping Next until you reach the Start button.

If you already have an account, click 'Have an account'
But if not, select 'Create account' or sign up here : www.bullvpn.com/signup

Once you have registered, enter the Username and Password you registered with BullVPN, then click 'Login'

You’ll see a pop-up offering the option to add more devices.
If you want to increase the number of devices you can use with BullVPN, tap Upgrade Now. If you’re not ready, tap Show Me Later
.
You’ll be taken to the BullVPN home screen, where you’ll see a tutorial guiding you through how to use the app.


Tap Connect (the button in the center) to connect to the VPN. The first time you connect, the system will automatically select the best server for you.
When the status shows CONNECTED, it means you have successfully connected to the server.


After that, you can use BullVPN securely.

2. How to choose a VPN server

Tap the VPN Server field to view a wide range of available servers, such as Hong Kong, India, Thailand, China, and more.
Or, tap Smart Server to let the system automatically select the best server available at that time for you.

3. Introducing Private VPN

4. Favorite Server

You can tap the heart icon next to servers you use frequently to save them as Favorite Servers.

5. Setting

Tap the Menu button (three horizontal lines / hamburger icon) in the top-left corner to view the available menu options.

• Account Menu

  On this page, you’ll also see a pop-up introducing the Add Device option.
  If you want to increase the number of devices you can use with BullVPN, tap Upgrade Now. If you’re not ready, tap Show Me Later.

Next, you’ll see a tutorial introducing the Account page and the account information displayed there, such as your Username, E-mail, remaining subscription days, and number of devices. You can also manage your devices directly and use promo code from this page.

To change your BullVPN profile picture and profile name, tap the pencil icon.
Enter the name you want and choose your preferred profile picture, then tap SAVE.

• Check IP Menu

  You can use this menu to check your latest IP address both before and after connecting to BullVPN.

• Logs Menu

  This menu will only appear when you are connected to BullVPN.
  If you experience any issues while using BullVPN, tap Copy Logs and send them to our support team for further investigation.

• Setting Menu

1. General Section
   - Start automatically with windows : Launch BullVPN automatically when you start your computer.
   - Auto connect VPN when launch : Automatically connect to BullVPN when you start your computer, using the last server you connected to.
   - Show view log on connecting : Displays the View Log every time you connect to BullVPN. We recommend keeping this option enabled.
   - Pop-Up Notification : Once connected successfully, a pop-up notification will appear in the bottom-right corner to confirm that the connection was successful. We recommend keeping this option enabled.
   - Hide to tray on minimize : Hide the program in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
   
   
2. Advanced Section
   - Prevent IPV6 address detection : Disables IPv6 to help prevent IP address leaks.
   - Auto Kill-Switch : Protects your network if your internet connection or VPN connection drops. It prevents your IP address from being exposed until the VPN reconnects successfully. We recommend keeping this option enabled.

1. Protocol Section
   - stability (IKEv2) :  Provides the most stable connection and stays connected even when switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
   - Ultra Speed (WireGuard) : Offers high-speed performance and is ideal for activities that require a fast connection.
   - Stealth (OpenVPN TCP 443) : Makes VPN traffic look similar to regular web traffic, helping you connect more easily on restricted networks or through firewalls.
   - Seamless (OpenVPN UDP 1194) : Focuses on high speed and low latency, making it suitable for gaming and high-resolution video streaming. 
   - Secret (OpenVPN UDP 53) Helps bypass advanced network detection when other protocols are unable to connect.
   - Re-Configuration :  If the VPN cannot connect due to system settings or permission issues, tap Re-Configuration to reset the permissions and configure the VPN connection again.
